the day after i was laid off, kelli, heather, and i took the kids to a place called bubbles academy. there's a big open space there with nice murals on the walls. the lighting is soft and indirect, and spread around the room are soft, geometric objects for climbing, tunnels, balls, and toys. they have free play time a few times a week. the kids loved it. this is how fun staying home with your kid can be.
